Tea biscuits

Ingredients:
  • 300g pastry flour
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 150g butter
  • 70g sugar
  • jam
  • icing sugar
Preheat the oven at 180ºC. Prepare the dough mixing all the ingredients except the jam and the icing sugar. Knead and spread the dough on a flat surface. Place baking paper on a tray. Make the biscuits using cookie cutters and place them on the tray. You can spread a little jam on some of the biscuits, if you want. Bake for 15 minutes.
