Spring chocolates

Ingredients:
  • 500g strawberries
  • 150g dark chocolate (over 70% cocoa)
Wash the strawberries and remove the leaves. Cut the chocolate in chunks and place them in a microwave-safe container. Set the microwave at medium (50% power) and cook for 30 seconds. Repeat until the chocolate looks shiny. Then mix well so it will all melt down. Dip the strawberries in the melted chocolate so there is a thin coat of chocolate on each of them. Place them in individual chocolate papers and put them in the fridge so that the chocolate sets. You can keep them in the fridge until you serve them, especially if the weather is nice! Xesca

End-of-year party at 2ESO C

Last Friday we had a party. The students (and the teacher) wrote a recipe and then prepared it so we could share all this food together in the classroom. The next posts will show each recipe, so all of us can learn how to make it too. A big “thank you” goes to the thoughtful mother who sent a bag full of plastic plates, glasses and cutlery.
